Oak Bay Addition & Renovation

A Master Bedroom addition (with crawlspace storage below) and a complete interior and exterior renovation. The interior of the home was removed right down to the framing, and included all new plumbing, electrical, smart wiring, upgraded insulation and new interior finishes throughout. The exterior renovation included new windows & doors, exterior trim, new gutters & downspouts, stucco repairs & upgrades, and completely new paint.
