Hofmann Construction is a family-run residential builder based in North Saanich, serving Greater Victoria, Oak Bay, and the Saanich Peninsula for over 18 years. We're a small, close-knit team that handles most of our work in-house, which means you'll get to learn all aspects of residential construction, from foundations and framing through to interior finishing.
We work closely with our clients throughout the entire process, often directly in their homes - so how you show up matters. Your attitude, professionalism, and how you treat people are just as important as your skills on the tools.
What we offer:

- Full-time Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
