As a family-run residential builder led by Red Seal carpenter Paul Hofmann, we take a hands-on approach to renovation work. Paul remains actively involved onsite, helping coordinate trades, solve problems, oversee quality, and keep the project moving with care and attention to detail.

Our renovation work includes kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, additions, structural updates, heritage home improvements, and larger residential transformations. Whether we are opening up an older floor plan, adding more functional space, or carefully blending new work into an existing home, our goal is always to build properly and create results that feel natural, durable, and well considered.

We also bring an energy-conscious approach to our renovation work where it makes sense for the home, budget, and long-term goals. This may include improved insulation, better windows, air sealing, durable materials, and building practices that support comfort, efficiency, and long-term performance.
