Meet Laura

Hi, I'm Laura.
I was born in Germany and met Paul while travelling through Canada at 18. We later spent several years living in Germany, where I completed my degree in administration and management before returning to Canada together to build something of our own.

After moving back to Victoria, I worked with an architect while helping Paul grow Hofmann Construction into the family-run business it is today.

When we had our first son, my focus naturally shifted toward raising our family as we welcomed two more boys. As they've grown older, I've become more involved in the business again, working closely alongside Paul on day-to-day operations, client communication, scheduling, and the administrative side of the company.

We love living on the Saanich Peninsula and raising our boys here, spending as much time as possible outdoors — exploring by foot, bike, and boat.

I believe in honesty, transparency, and integrity. In our business, that means an open-book approach, clear communication, and making sure clients feel informed and supported throughout the process.

At the end of the day, I believe the effort and care you put into everything you do finds its way back to you. I'm grateful to be more involved in the business again and to continue building something meaningful with Paul, our team, and the clients who trust us with their homes.
