Meet Laura

Hi, I'm Laura.
I was born in Germany and met Paul while travelling through Canada at 18. We later spent several years living in Germany, where I completed a diploma in office administration and management before returning to Canada together to build something of our own.

After moving back to Victoria, I worked with an architect while helping Paul grow Hofmann Construction into the family-run business it is today.

When we had our first son, my focus shifted to raising our family as we welcomed two more boys. They’re much older now, and I’ve taken on more of the day to day work at Hofmann Construction. I handle client communication, scheduling, and much of the administration, working closely with Paul to keep projects organized and clients informed.

We love living on the Saanich Peninsula and raising our boys here, spending as much time as possible outdoors, exploring by foot, bike, and boat.

I believe in honesty, transparency, and integrity. In our business, that means an open book approach, clear communication, and making sure clients feel informed and supported throughout the process.

I’m grateful to be building this business with Paul and our team, and to get to know the clients who trust us with their homes.
