Hi, I’m Laura.
‍
I was born in Germany and met Paul when I was 18 while traveling to Canada. We both spent several years living in Germany, where I completed my administration and management degree. After moving to Canada, I worked with an architect and helped Paul build Hofmann Construction into the business it is today.

When we had our first son, my focus shifted to our family as we had two more boys. As they’ve grown older, I’ve become more involved in the business again, working closely alongside Paul to ensure everything runs smoothly. My role has always been on the administrative side, supporting our vision and day-to-day operations.

We love living on the Saanich Peninsula, exploring nature by foot, bike and boat, and raising our children here. I believe in living by values like honesty, transparency, ethics and integrity. In our business, that means taking an open-book approach, clearly showing where each expense goes to our clients and building trust through openness. I truly believe that what you put into there has a way of coming back to you . I’m excited to be back in the business, bringing my experience and passion to help continue building something meaningful with Paul and the rest of our team.
