This condo renovation at Swallows Landing in Victoria, BC, focused on clean modern detailing, custom interior finishes, and improving the overall function and feel of the space.
A key feature of the renovation was the custom fireplace, finished with Venetian plaster to create a smooth, sleek, and modern focal point in the living room. The finish adds texture and depth while keeping the overall look clean and understated.
The project also included custom-bevelled doors designed to create a continuous top surface, clean reveals, and a refined modern finish. These details helped give the cabinetry and built-in elements a more seamless, carefully crafted look.
Throughout the condo, the renovation brought together bright open living spaces, custom cabinetry, updated bathroom finishes, glass shower details, and a clean modern kitchen. The goal was to create a polished, functional home with simple lines, quality finishes, and carefully executed details.
This Swallows Landing condo renovation is a good example of how custom finishing, millwork details, and careful craftsmanship can give an existing space a more refined and modern feel.
