This custom front entrance project features a glass-roofed timber structure built from Western red cedar. The cedar frame was prepared, machined, and pre-finished offsite to reduce disruption on the property and keep the installation process cleaner for the homeowners.
The glass roof allows natural light to reach the entry while providing protection from rain, creating a dry and welcoming entrance to the home. Custom matching hanging basket holders were added as a finishing detail, bringing warmth and character to the front entry.
This project is a good example of custom cedar timber work, exterior carpentry, and thoughtfully built outdoor structures designed to improve both function and curb appeal.
