The Prospect Lake project involved a broad interior and exterior renovation, bringing together custom woodwork, updated finishes, and detailed craftsmanship throughout the home.
On the exterior, our team completed custom-milled clear cedar details and applied a new acrylic top coat over the existing stucco, giving the home a refreshed and durable finish. PHC also built a custom greenhouse, adding a unique and functional feature to the property.
Inside, the renovation included custom cabinetry by Pronautic, custom-milled wall panelling, and detailed wood elements that added warmth and character throughout the home. The main floor was refinished, and our team completed updates to the kitchen along with four custom bathrooms.
PHC also crafted custom beams and soffits, helping tie the interior details together and giving the home a more finished, cohesive feel.
This project is a strong example of a whole home renovation where exterior upgrades, interior finishes, and custom craftsmanship came together to create a more functional, comfortable, and carefully detailed home.
